Bottom blow pins are similar to blow needles but are used for blow molding machines where air is injected into the parison from the bottom of the mold. Blow pins come in a variety of different sizes and can be customized to suit your blow molding machines. Contact us for more details.

Diamond-Like Carbon Cutters:  Thin coating is unique for its hardness, reduction of abrasive wear and slickness when cutting sheet metal or plastics. Ideal for cutting plastics. 

Titanium Nitride (TiN) cutters: Thin coating material that is extremely hard and ceramic. Hardens & protects cutting & sliding surfaces with a non-toxic exterior coat. Coat prevents corrosion and reduces wear or loss of sharpness of cutters. Ideal for cutting sheet metals.

Bushings are manufactured in a variety of different materials (i.e. brass, copper, steel), sizes and styles (including solid, sleeved, and clenched). Used to support motion for rotary applications and non-motion applications as well (i.e. shafts, pipes, machine parts, etc.). Seals and O-rings are used to prevent oil and air leakages in a variety of different industrial applications, including: leak prevention in rotating pump shafts and hydraulic pump pistons. Seals and O-rings are available in a variety of sizes, contact us for more details.   

Adapters come in a variety of different shapes and forms to suit your manufacturing needs. These items can be used to convert threads or attributes of one part to another, or used to extend existing blow pins to fit into existing molds.  

Blow pin cylinders & shafts work in conjunction with our blow pins and are utilized to pump air into plastic molds. Cylinder sets come complete with shaft, shaft seals, cylinder and cylinder seals. Internal sealing system guarantees the absence of oil leakages and cylinders are designed to provide smooth rod movement. 

Bore sizes and strokes can be customized to suit your industrial applications.

Robotic Cutters come in Titanium Nitride (TiN) and Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coatings and are used on robotic arms for trimming excess plastic off molds and for precision cutting of sheet metals.
